About Mazie

Do you ever feel “lost”? I’ve had times in life where my identity was defined by my job, my role as a wife or mother, my illness, and my self of identity and self worth was lost. Once I discovered how to find and maintain who I am in the midst of all life throws at me, I wanted to help others do the same. It is my passion to help you discover what is uniquely you and to grow a life of joy and abundance from that.

About Me

Hi friends!

This is my favorite greeting by the way.  You might be saying, “But we aren’t friends!  I don’t know you!”  That’s okay.  Just know I see everyone as a potential friend, but it’s okay with me if you feel otherwise.  Maybe you’re suspicious, not used to not being judged – I get it.  That’s why I’m here.  I think we all need a place where we can grow together without having to hide who we are.

Back to the title of this post – allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Mazie.  I’m a wife, mother, musician, reiki practitioner, and mindset coach. I love to help people become healthy, fit and financially secure. I used to struggle with health issues, fatigue, and stress.  I was diagnosed with PCOS, depression, anxiety, and several other health conditions.  My life was a constant journey to find a healthy happy path, but I was lost in the enormity of my situation.

Along the way, I discovered what makes me happy, what makes me healthy, and what makes me ME. My journey of being LOST turned into one of being FOUND.

My dream is to help you find out who you really are. What is your identity outside of being someone’s child, a spouse, a friend, whatever your career path is, etc? When you find your soul’s purpose, that is who you are deep down and how you contribute to the world, everything else will align.

I love to talk about our journey.  I love to talk about our struggles.  I do.  I love answering questions and listening to your journeys and sharing stories and tips and support.  You can ask me anything. I can’t wait for us to grow and be inspired together.
